Dan brings over a decade of hands-on real estate experience across the Twin Cities metro and surrounding suburban markets. Prior to joining Creative Results, he worked as a loan officer with a local mortgage brokerage, developing a strong foundation in underwriting and deal structure. With formal training in Finance and Accounting, Dan combines analytical discipline with practical market insight to add value in complex transactions.
 

His real estate background was shaped early through hands-on exposure to residential construction and home remodeling in Minnesota, providing a strong understanding of asset condition, valuation, and value-add potential. In addition to brokerage, Dan has worked as a property manager and facilities manager for both independent organizations and government agencies, giving him an operational, end-to-end perspective. With a client-first approach, his experience spans acquisitions, dispositions, investment analysis, fix-and-flip projects, and advisory services, with a current focus on acquisition assessment, leasing and consulting.
