Steven Thao is a visionary entrepreneur, real estate developer, and real estate broker of 2 licensed firms with over 22 years of experience building, scaling, and leading high-performing ventures across real estate and construction. He serves as Founder & CEO/Developer of ScaleUp CRE, CEO/Broker of Creative Results, and Owner of Xtreme Construction.

 

At ScaleUp CRE, Steven drives the firm’s strategic growth through commercial development, value-add repositioning, and capital structuring. He oversees acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing while leading complex redevelopment projects from concept through execution. His current portfolio includes the transformative Pan Asian Center redevelopment (former Macy’s and Sears), where he serves as Co-General Partner, along with assisted living, adult day care re-developments and luxury residential builds. 

 

With a foundation in both business and design, Steven holds a B.A. in Computer Graphics and a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship. He maintains dual Broker Licenses in residential and commercial real estate, holds CRS and GRI designations, and is an active member of the CCIM Institute, continuing to deepen his expertise in investment-grade commercial real estate.
