Steven Thao is a visionary entrepreneur and seasoned real estate professional with over 22 years of experience building and scaling successful ventures. He currently serves as the CEO and Developer of ScaleUp CRE, CEO and Broker of Creative Results, a residential real estate firm operating across Minnesota and Wisconsin, and Owner of Xtreme Construction, a commercial and residential construction company based in Minnesota.
 

At ScaleUp CRE, Steven leads commercial real estate development, capital raising, and real estate services, including acquisitions, dispositions, and market space leasing. His current development projects include the Pan Asian Center—formerly Macy’s and Sears—where he also serves as a Co-Owner/General Partner, Como Assisted Living, and several luxury residential homes. Some of his past projects include Diversity Adult Day Care, IV Wellness Beauty & Spa, and Glow Yourself.
 

Steven holds a B.A. in Computer Graphics and a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship. He has earned several professional real estate designations, including CRS and GRI, holds two Broker’s Licenses (Residential & Commercial), and is an active member and student of the CCIM Institute.
